Stories and Memories of Nancy
Nancy was my daughter and my best friend. I followed her and shared many of the adventures in her life. She was a caring and intelligent daughter, who I would often turn to for advice. I will miss her wise wisdom and cherish my memory of her.

Nancy became my friend years before she became Blaine's wife. I worked for Blaine for 38 years and their marriage was not a surprise to me, rather it seemed to make so much sense. Sometimes we were such a threesome that Nancy would introduce me as "Blaine's other wife." I was thrilled when she found love again and married Ken. Ours was a friendship that would pick up right where we left off, even when it had been awhile since we'd been together. I treasure her enthusiasm, grace, kindness and urgency to improve the world we all share. What a blessing she has been to my life!

Nancy was the gold in the golden rule. She cared for people, but had the vision to think of humanity.

Nancy was a mover and a shaker from the time I knew her in Crescent City and she continued to explore the world in the same way and with immense enthusiasm.

I loved how you would run in, grab a few hats and off to the airport on your next adventure! Thank you for showing me how to live with grace and style.

I always admired her incredible intelligence and grace. She asked me if I wanted to go home via her plane, and I jumped at the chance. When I spoke to her of the Spiral Jetty, she called the airport and changed the flight plan so we could fly over the jetty for the first time in my life.
